Terms of Service

By accessing or using the One Mkt platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this platform.

These terms apply to all visitors, users, customers, vendors, and others who access or use the service.

One Mkt grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the platform strictly in accordance with these terms.

You agree not to use the platform for any unlawful purpose, to solicit others to perform unlawful acts, to violate any international or local regulations, rules, laws, or ordinances, or to infringe upon or violate the intellectual property rights of One Mkt or others.

We reserve the right to terminate your access to the platform for any violation of these terms at our sole discretion, without notice.

All payments processed through One Mkt are subject to our payment processing terms. Funds may be held in escrow until delivery is confirmed by the buyer.

One Mkt charges a platform fee on each completed transaction. Fee schedules are published on the pricing page and are subject to change with 30 days' notice.

Chargebacks and disputes are handled in accordance with our Dispute Resolution Policy. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in account suspension.

The One Mkt platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by HNAI TRADE UG (haftungsbeschränkt) and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or exploit any content from the platform without express written permission from One Mkt.

In no event shall One Mkt, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

One Mkt's total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to these terms or the platform shall not exceed the greater of €100 or the amount you paid to One Mkt in the three months preceding the claim.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection afforded by provisions that cannot be derogated from under the law of your country of habitual residence, and you may bring proceedings in the courts of that country.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision is held to be invalid by a court, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

One Mkt reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide at least 14 days' notice before new terms take effect by posting to this page and, where appropriate, notifying you by email.

Your continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
